ORDER CONFIRMATION
DELIVERY TIMES
Update: Due to Covid-19 you may expect delays in your order.
Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will
always be estimated in business days (this does not include
weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider,
arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service
that has been selected.
Wildflower Apothecary Co are not held responsible for:
- Mistakes made by the Post
- Wrong addresses given by customers
- Damage to orders by postal service
- PO box issues
- Stolen packages after delivery

USA ORDERS
Wildflower Apothecary uses United States Postal Service unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method. This can take anywhere between 4-8 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends).
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Wildflower Apothecary utilizes Unites States Postal Service or Fed Ex ship your order unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method. This can take anywhere between 10-21 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends) depending on your location.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns of the following:
All Herbal products: loose herbs, teas, salts, tinctures, elixirs, bath and body products.
All Crystals: Rough, tumbled, clusters, points
Subscription Products: All subscription boxes are FINAL sales.
Other products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition with no signs of use or wear. Return postage is the responsibility of the returner.
If an item ever arrives broken or damaged, we are happy to replace it or issue a refund.
